Dr. Xiaodong Lee, Founder & Chief Executive Officer of the Fuxi Institution, which is focusing on Internet and Digital Economy, e.g. Internet Infrastructure, Internet Governance, Data Governance, Digital Economy and Digital Civilization. Professor & Director of the Lab for Internet Infrastructure of Institute of Computing Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences (ICT, CAS), Professor & Director of the Center for Internet Governance, Tsinghua University(THUCIG). He was former President & CEO of China Internet Network Information Center (CNNIC) and former Vice President of the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN), as well as a former member of the IGF Multi-stakeholder Advisory Group.

In addition, Dr. Lee also serves as the Vice Chairman of Internet Society of China(ISC), Member of the 13th National Committee of the All-China Youth Federation, Member of the ICRC’s Global Advisory Board on digital threats during armed conflicts, Commissioner of High-level Committee of the UN Global Compact (UNGC) Action Platform, etc.

Dr. Lee has been selected as a Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum(WEF) and awarded special government allowance of the State Council and China Youth May Fourth Medal.
