IES 2027 is held at the Shangri-La Hotel, Jakarta, on 20 and 21 April 2027 — the third consecutive edition at the same address. Delegates who attended in 2025 or 2026 will find the rooms unchanged, and the photographs below show the venue as it will be.
Plenary sessions take place in the main ballroom; closed roundtables and sector sessions run in the function rooms on the same floor.
Detailed arrival instructions — entrances, accreditation desks, and parking — are sent by email to approved delegates closer to the summit, together with the security arrangements that apply on the day.
